00 are working with local community stakeholders and civic partners to design and deliver 10,000m2 of affordable co-working space, studios, flexible maker space, nursery and café for community and social enterprises. Together with the Founders of Impact Hub Birmingham, we are working on the transformation of circa 100,000sqft of canal-side, former industrial buildings in Birmingham, to create Civic Square at the heart of the Port Loop area regeneration led by Urban Splash and Places for People in partnership with Birmingham City Council and Canal & River Trust. The £20m retrofit and new-build will create new workspaces, meeting spaces, and community facilities.
