71/72 Kingsway, previously titled “The Digital Village” is one of 11 projects forming Swansea’s £1.3BN City Deal. 00 secured planning approval for 120,000sqft of affordable workspace, playing a pivotal role in the wider strategic goals of the City Centre regeneration as a vibrant enterprise cluster. Stage 1 of the project developed the initial brief through an extensive engagement process and detailed feasibility study that secured support from The Leadership, Members, and Officers of Swansea Council, and funding approval from the Welsh Government and City Deal Steering Group. Through working closely with the client, and engaging a wide stakeholder group, we were able to bring greater clarity and confidence to the project, as well as a compelling design that fundamentally understood these aspirations.
