Positioned in an architecturally sensitive area and a sloping site, Architectural Emporium were asked to provide a scheme that offers efficient use of the site and it's topography to create an affordable and eye catching medical centre that serves its users well and fits into its surroundings elegantly. Additional parking, improved access and a new pharmacy are also proposed with all public parts of the building on a fully accessible ground floor level with staff accommodation underneath benefitting from the change in level across the site. A glazed entrance and waiting area overlooks a landscaped courtyard.
