Set alongside the railway line, this grade 2 listed building is being converted to a series of different uses, but largely focused on creating unique office space in the centre of Huddersfield. AE have unlocked the scheme financially, by suggesting a simple phased approach to development and a limit to the major structural changes proposed by the previous architect involved in the scheme. AE are producing packages of information for the refurbishment and development of the scheme. A new build staircase and cafe will sit alongside the 100m long building unifying the changing levels around the structure.
