A grade two listed building which sits as part of the curtilage of gledholt hall, huddersfield. Our design is for the refurbishment of the existing building and its extension. The building refurbishment included: lime rendering, works to strengthen the existing roof and floor structures, insulation and damp proofing. The extension is within the rear walled garden and sits respectfully away from the main facade of the existing house. The aim is for this building to be like a pavilion within the garden.
