Green Oak framed extension and restoration to an existing, circa 15th century barn. Initially our involvement and appointment, RIBA Stage A-D to evolve the scheme design with the client to obtain planning approval. The scheme developed to the preparation of more detailed proposals, RIBA Stage E-F, along with specialist to prepare full working drawings and schedules to discharge planning conditions on the existing structure. The scheme has now been tendered and a contractor appointed to complete the shell. Specialist Green Oak frames have been designed both to the existing Barn structure and new side wings.
