Rear and side extension to a post-war semi-detached property to create a new family space split over two levels that terrace down to the garden. The extension includes brick and timber clad volumes that articulate the level change. Following an initial consultation, services involved a measured survey of the property, production of a concept design proposal including sketch plans and visualisations. The scheme has now been submitted to planning, following which we will be producing technical drawings and managing the construction process on site.
