Victorian detached grade II listed house in need of extensive renovation. The house is located near to Dunham Massey and holds a prominent position in the village, Dunham Town. The scheme also involved an extension which is necessary to bring the house up to modern living standards. Planning obtained and renovation work underway before the extension starts next year. Extension included the removal of previous insensitive extensions and rebuilding of original elements alongside new contemporary extension.
