High-rise design proposal for an apartment block, within the London Metropolitan zone, comprising up to 180 residential apartments. The ground floor retail anchor and f&b units will regenerate and enhance the local street scape. The exterior elements focus on emphasising active frontage, high quality amenities, and green communal spaces, within this 12-4 Storey high rise building. The interiors provide contemporary apartments designed to meet and exceed the London Plan & lifetime homes standards.
