Refurbishment of a Grade II listed Building. The Dorset House refurbishment projects comprise of a series of modernizations to a classic Art Deco building. The refurbishments emphasize an Art Deco themed design for various elements of the building. The car park interior, entrance and exit, have a grey & mint green colour palette, to match the Dorset House design features. Design includes bespoke art noveau entrance gates, feature wall finishings, exit wall design, as well as internal fixtures and finishings, proposed to articulate and update the Marylebone road's street perspective on the outside, combined with modern features within. The refurbishments extend into the apartments, which enhance and modernise the listed Art deco features with contemporary detailing.
