Nusa Kitchen is an independent, family-run eatery created by Patou Sekhon and son Mark, and is best known for its soups inspired by traditional recipes from around the world. We are working with Patou and Mark to create and deliver Nusa Kitchens across London that are as welcoming, inspirational and enjoyable as the food that they serve. At 88 Cannon Street we focused on creating an elegant and simple space with gentle, flowing curves that guide the shopper through the space without detracting attention away from the soup. Particular care was given to the design of the joinery and bespoke furniture to ensure that all the shop's key elements come together to form a cohesive whole. 88 Cannon Street is the result of our first collaboration with Patou and Mark, with many more to come.
