The project comprised the preparation of designs for re-planning and extending into the existing roof space of a maisonette in a SPAN estate in Blackheath. The intention was to create a mezzanine study in the roof space and re-plan the floor below to create an open plan kitchen and dining area. The project also involved re-planning the existing bathroom to remove the access from the living room space.
