The Stables backland house is currently on site. The accessible L-shape floorplan is arranged around a courtyard, with open plan living spaces at the heart of the house and two bedrooms book ending it. Mono pitched massing provides privacy from the neighbouring houses, whilst opening up views towards a London Plane tree and courtyard garden. Exposed Cross Laminated Timber is used for the shell of the house to speed up construction, sequester carbon and provide a natural material interior finish.
