This design and build project was the refurbishment of the existing police station to form new chemical enhancement laboratory for Essex and Kent Police The main project works comprised of a new single storey glazed entrance link between existing buildings including external ramp and handrails. Internal remodelling of the main building to form laboratory designated spaces and offices. We worked closely with the contractors team and Police team to develop an agreed scheme is super fast time. The Police had a non negotiable deadline, required in order to meet new compliance regulations. The scheme was designed and built in 5 months, and all were delighted with the outcome.
