Redevelopment and partial refurbishment of the former Motorola manufacturing facility to provide 40,000sqft of office accommodation and up to 300,000sqft of warehouse space for a medical supplies company. The first phase development completed in 2011 included construction of a 70,000sqft high bay warehouse with associated environmental controls for the storage of pharmaceuticals.
