Framework masterplan and full planning consent for a development of 120 dwellings promoted in accordance with the Sedgemoor District Council strategic framework document and following a widespread public consultation process. The development delivers new dwellings in association with 'The Meads' ecological park area and includes sustainable design principles to promote healthy living and a new community focus and attraction for the town.
