Andrew Paine Architecture was asked to help with various extensions to a Victorian terraced house in South London, turning a 3-bed house into a 5-bed with an additional large kitchen / dining room. The scheme required the use of Permitted Development rights as well as planning permissions, and represents a hybrid appraoch of traditional and contemporary attitudes to the home.
