Altham Lewis Architects have been appointed to take forward an existing consent for 350 rooms and increase to 450 rooms with associated design changes and re-submit to planning. ALA will then work proposals to tender in conjunction with the preferred contractors. Following this ALA will assume the role of design manager in conjunction with the contractors architects.
