We were asked to provide an eco home for a couple who were keen on a sustainable home, using ground source heat pumps, underfloor heating, solar panels and Insulated concrete formwork construction. We gained planning approval earlier this year and the project is due to commence this year. The footprint totals over 250m2 and provides open plan space, level access as well as a feature courtyard garden.
