New Build
aLL Design's visually striking residential tower is intended to fill the unsightly gap on London's south bank skyline and provide wonderful views across the river Thames. Clad in weathered steel - a warm, rusty quality, its underbelly will be surfaced in reflective white material with a mirrored conference pod beneath it. The building will house an art gallery, encouraging community engagement, and with improvements to the public realm, we aim to offer a landmark cultural destination. Heliport Heights will rise 15 storeys above an existing four-storey building with the use of stilts. The elevation allows tenants of the current building to remain in-situ. The existing building will be refurbished and re-clad. The proposal for the new building offers 14 apartments, each with two large balconies and river views. 13 apartments will each occupy an entire floor plate, the upper unit will be a duplex with a large roof terrace.
