The practice secured planning and listed building consent to construct a new wing on the rear of this Grade II * listed house to create a large entertaining space. In addition we also secured planning and listed building consent for the conversion of a linked Grade II listed to provide additional residential accommodation to the property including: a new family room, playroom, cloak room, and self contained guest annexe, ancillary to the main house. Designs for a swimming pool complex were also developed, enhancing the leisure facilities over and above the existing outdated swimming pool enclosure and pool house.
