New self-build PassivHaus using EcoCocon compacted straw walls and a rain screen on walls and roof. The house is designed to be self sustaining with electricity from PV panels. This self build project planned to be delivered under Construction Management is VAT and CIL free due to the site particulars, including demolition of the existing half a semi and building new. We acted as Architect, Passivhaus consultant and Project & Construction Manager.
