This project comprises the development of a 1.5 hectare site near Croydon's commercial centre for a mixture of industrial uses, including light industrial, offices and warehousing. Three separate buildings are planned around a central servcing area. Each building is planned to be sub-divisible to provide as much flexibility for lettings as possible. The development will include substantial landscaping.
