This project for a 3,200 sq m new build development for Elmbridge Housing Trust creates 36 residential units from an under utilised site on a prominent corner in West Molesley, integrating a more dense development into the existing street grain. There is a mixture of accommodation, from one-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom houses in a terraced form, with gardens. Substantial soft landscaping, creating soft play spaces between the apartment buildings, is incorporated into the design.
