Located at the southern end of Portobello Road in Notting Hill, this projects provides two new build three storey houses as a pair on a site previously occupied by a two storey commercial building which was demolished as part of this project. The houses are the first new modern domestic buildings to be constructed in this part of Notting Hill for some considerable time. The accommodation provided includes three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen/dining area, a large living room area occuping the whole of the top floor of the building, and rear patios and balconies. The design incorporates a unique 'gull wing' roof and innovative screening along the front boundary to provide privacy for the occupants.
