Two local medical practices had outgrown their premises and decided to relocate into a larger shared building on a site adjacent a local church. The income from the sale of the site being used to extend and refurbish the church; a project also carried out by this practice. The two practices share a common entrance and lift, but have separate receptions and waiting rooms. Each practice is laid out on two floors served by a common lift. The facilities provided include medical examination rooms, rooms for nursing staff, teaching spaces and ancillary accommodation.
