The first project in the regeneration of the site was built over existing IT classrooms and provided new teaching spaces for healthcare and a staff administration room. A dynamic slice was cut through the building and the roof of the former single storey building was partially removed to allow light to flow into the lower floor from the new atrium glass roof.
