Renovation of a duplex flat in a Victorian semi-detached house in Greenwich near Blackheath. Opening up of a spine wall to connect the living/sitting room to dining/kitchen room was required. A large glazed screen with double sliding doors was designed to fit the newly formed opening. Acoustic party floor design and a thermal upgrade to external wall from inside were also required.
