Langarth Garden Village is a vibrant, connected and nature-led development for between 8,000 and 10,000 future residents of Cornwall. Our masterplan instills a strong-sense of local character amongst abundant green space and sustainability-led decisions to create a distinctive community that will live and thrive by the benefits of a place truly in-tune with its surroundings, the people that live there and the wider world. A mix of housing types will meet everyone’s needs, with at least 35% affordable, as well as homes for student, health workers and extra care. It aspires to a 20% biodiversity net gain across the site.
