Advising the Client to extract value of a brownfield site (former public house) along the Crossrail platforms. Using architectural design skills to significantly increase the overall acceptable massing on the site, resulting in an attractive 95-bedrooms Hotel development . Detailed design services to assist the Client acting as Main Contractor. Liaise with Network Rail for the BAPA. Once completed, the hotel was eventually taken over by Ibis Styles, with their own branding.
