Exceptional project. This private development comprises of the conservation and refurbishment of a locally-listed Public House building, construction of a full basement for conference, catering and concert facilities, in-situ new build superstructure for the communal hotel areas and one shop and installation of fully prefabricated hotel bedrooms. Our practice entirely designed the hotel "pods" , organised their construction, shipping and installation.
