A private owner engaged us to carry out a full service for a full refurbishment of a townhouse in Winchester, that was in need of updating. Works included lowering the floor levels within the existing basement to improve headroom, adding a first floor extension and carrying out modifications to add a canted bay to the rear of the existing ground floor flat roofed extension, giving an improved visual appearance from the courtyard garden. The building works took the fabric back to shell, with new services, insulation upgrading and re-roofing.
