This project involved a full width extension to a Victorian terraced house in Collier's Wood. The client had specific design requirements which were integrated as best they could for the budget available. The extension had an under-floor heated porcelain tiled floor, three Velux rooflights and full width folding sliding doors allowing the indoor space to be extended out to include the modest garden. The extension was roofed with slates incorporating Celotex and multi foil high performing insulation. The Project Achieved practical completion April 2013 all defects were corrected three months later. The client appears very happy and has made further enquiries concerning another project they wish carried out.
