Market Walk is a mixed-use regeneration scheme in the heart of Chorley Town Centre. It has been designed as an 8-unit extension to the traditional retail centre and includes a diverse mix of new retail and leisure uses - including a new multiplex cinema. We were appointed by Chorley Council with aspirations to create a new destination and breathe life back into the town centre. Aesthetically, the completed scheme creates the desired landmark development and, through clever masterplanning, links seamlessly with the wider town centre to encourage transfer of visitors via improved public realm. The scheme achieves BREEAM Very Good.
