Cameroon has one of the most successful football teams in Africa and has been selected to host the 32nd edition of Africa Cup of Nations in 2019. The new Japoma Sports Complex in Douala will be one of the main venues hosting the tournament. The complex will consist of a 50,000 seat multi-sports stadium, Olympic-sized aquatics centre, multi-sports hall with 2,000 seats and outdoor training facilities. It has been conceived to boost elite and community sport activities with a distinctive architectural form designed to delight and inspire.
