This new Science Centre for St John’s School in Leatherhead is the latest in a sequence of projects by ADP for this independent school: new build and refurbishments to implement our overall masterplan. It is also significant as the first major project undertaken by Corde Limited. This is a separate company majority-owned by ADP with firms of structural and services engineers. Formed in 2013, Corde has grown to a turnover of £2.3 million in just three years. Corde represents a new way of working, with closer collaboration by architects and engineers to deliver better coordinated information to BIM Level 3.
