ADP has worked on a wide range of healthcare projects, delivering outstanding patient-centred environments across the country. The outpatients reception incorporates a bold palette of materials and crisp graphics to assist wayfinding and people movement. A new concept of reception pods has been delivered, breaking down the barriers between customer and staff. The innovative use of lighting has enlivened an internal space to create a vibrant and fresh reception for the outpatients. Simon Neville from the Salford Royal NHS Trust said “ADP has exceeded expectations of healthcare design whilst still delivering to our critical infection control measures.” The project also won a Building Better Healthcare Award 2013 in the ‘Clinician’s Choice’ category.
