Following the successful completion of a number of new buildings on the Harlow College campus, AD was appointed to design this new building which is a joint venture between the College and the University. The project, which has recently opened to students, involved the creation of 2500m² of highly adaptable accommodation, in a form which gives the University an appropriate presence on the site, but which nevertheless forms an integral part of the overall learning campus. The building was designed to meet the requirements of BREEAM Excellent. The new building was officially opened by the Rt Hon David Willetts MP, Minister for Universities and Science in April 2012.
