Having prepared a feasibility study and development brief for a major new college development to replace and refurbish existing facilities in Loughton, Essex, AD subsquently developed detailed proposals for a new four-storey landmark building, to include the re-provision of a public library, as well as varied accommodation for the College covering the whole curriculum range. It comprises approximately 14,500m² of space and 380 car parking spaces. The building was procured using a design and build contract and completed in September 2008.
