This building occupies a prominent site in the heart of Poole. The sails of the facade reflect the location on the quayside in Poole Harbour. The design and detailing of the buildings were of critical importance in this project. The design presented great challenges in achieving an appropriate design statement within the scope of commercial and constructional realities. The building was a finalist for the Poole Pride of Place Award.
