Sites A and C are the first phases of the Herringham Quarter masterplan, regenerating 4 hectares of the Charlton Riverside industrial estate. The project will deliver up to 1,292 homes, with 50% affordable housing. Phase 1 includes 762 homes, public green space, and a new pedestrian route to the Thames Path. Inspired by the area's industrial heritage, the design incorporates green landscaping, a revitalised jetty, and improved biodiversity. The development respects existing industrial uses while introducing new commercial and residential spaces. Community engagement has shaped the design, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and sustainable environment with improved transport links.
