Adaptation of a large Edwardian townhouse to replace an existing outrigger with a contemporary full width extension that will rationalise a previously disjointed layout and make it more suitable for family living, more thermally efficient and complement the appearance of the Edwardian building. The house is in a Conservation Area, and the design has been prepared with particular regard to the local context and heritage character of the existing building.
