Previously a financial adviser’s office, the 3 storey unit was completely renovated and converted into a contemporary and spacious office, with large open plan studio, meeting rooms, kitchenette, WCs and lounge area. Works included completely reconfiguring and opening up the space, in particular removing the first floor ceil¬ing to expose a double height space. The addition of 2 large roof lights to this space cast much needed light into the studio space. The main feature visually linking the floors is a floating folded steel stair with large glass panels. The stair was anchored to a 4m high rustic steel wall creating a dynamic contrast to the clean interior finish.
