Replacement theatre that had been destroyed by fire in 2003. A contemporary design in an urban setting for a theatre with orchestra pit, proscenium arch stage and seating for 250 people. The scheme included a new entrance, foyer and bar to connect with the existing Victorian multi-purpose space.
