Grade 2 Listed, 2000 sq ft. apartment remodeled to create a spectacular kitchen/dining room with a large living room and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Accessed at raised ground floor level via a magnificent curved stone staircase with cast iron decorative balusters topped with a mahogany handrail. The staircase was in poor condition and was missing some parts and had been partially removed at 2nd floor level. Missing parts were created by taking castings from original iron balusters and commissioned a matching wreathed and ramped mahogany handrail. Paul Cocksedge Studio designed an ethereal ceramic sculpture to fall through the complete stairwell.
