3DReid won an invited design competition for these serviced apartments on a significant site on the banks of the River Thames, immediately adjacent to The Tower of London. The mixed-use scheme consists primarily of 140 residential units with a mixture of studio, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, as well as a number of penthouses. The scheme also includes 12,000sq ft of restaurants and retail. The challenge provided by the site's prominence and sensitivity has created the opportunity for a significant architectural design which is both contemporary and responsive to it's setting.
