Following a significant refurbishment of existing buildings, we have designed a 150,000sq ft (HPH5) and 77,000sq ft (HPH4) office building and new amenity site for the new owners and major tenant, using Revit BIM technology. We have also designed a masterplan and development framework for the site. The new build element of the project has been designed to BREEAM Very Good standards.
