We worked as consultants on a feasibility and planning application for 35 units, flats and houses on a former industrial brownfield site adjacent to the River Cray in the London Borough of Bexley. The site included a locally Listed Barn, which was to be retained and converted to residential use as part of the proposals which comprise of 11 new build houses, 22 flats and an additional 2 houses within the retained barn. The units vary in size from 2B/3P flats through to 4B/5P houses all designed to NDSS standards. On site car parking is also provided at a policy compliant level of provision.
