This property is half of a unique Art Deco home built in 1910 in Bushey, near Watford. The property is locally listed. A previous side extension had created an awkwardly narrow kitchen which the client wanted to alter, to afford it similar proportions to the original living rooms. In addition to a double storey side extension, the brief included a single storey rear extension, with post free open corner. A larger bedroom and two en-suite bathrooms were also required at first floor. We were appointed during the Pre-Planning application phase. Following on, our services included the design work and planning application and full plans building regulations application.
