The project involved making sound a sagging roof in a Grade II Listed Building, part of the Fisher House Chaplain's residence. The timber-framed building roof and external walls have been secured and reinforced with traditional timber frame details. The interior of the attic rooms was upgraded at the same time. New insulation has been added to the eaves where possible under restrictions of the existing fabric. Isle Architects has been involved with the various stages of the project, including communication with LPA, tendering for a contractor and overseeing the works.
